Directions:
Start with 1/4 - 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance.
Mix 1 scoop of PANDAMIC with 4-8 ounces of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to training.
Warning:
Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
Pandamic is not for beginners. Several flavors to choose from that are delicious. Mix with 1 scoop with 16oz of water and consume approximately 30 minutes prior to exercising.
